today our class held in computer room and its the first time so long that we use the computer lab for 3 hours. tired though as i sat behind the class, and couldn't really hear the lecture!
Today is the day where we have to hand in our business card and there are alot of the classmates produced interesting business cards. I ponder how they do it, because through an introduced of a friend, i used Microsoft Publisher and this is the first time I am exposed to it.
Mdm.Suma starts with a little game where we have open a website which is called Ladybug Maze. each of us have to passed at least 2 levels and then Mdm.Suma continued with youtube exercise, Belbin Team ROles Training Bite. in this video, it introduce each team roles contributions and weaknesses.
My group consists of 5 people which hold the team role of shaper, co-ordinator, plant, monitor and team builder. i supposed everyone in this team hold an important role in acting in their own role.
after all, Mdm.Suma talks about the minutes, the agenda~ Mdm.Suma would then asked us to discuss among ourselves with our group members. In the group of our own, we were discussing about what company should we plan in this industry project. we planned to do Mc.Donalds in the end, however, it might be changes in the plan our discussion is not final yet. during the discussion, one of my team member, Kelvin wrote the announcement in the minutes format straight away in Microsoft Word. He first introduced the members of the groups and what kind of trading we are planning to do.
the next discussion we will discuss it another day in the library because the class were too big and too many people talks and we are not able to concentrate discussing with our team mates. last but not least, the due date will be 2nd September 2009 which holds 10% of our assessments. frankly, this minutes is considered as our key assessments because Industry Projects itselfs stands 40% out of 100% assessments. therefore, we have to be more details and serious while working on this 2 projects~
